Every license issued under this chapter shall designate the place of business in or from which the licensee is authorized to carry on his or her business. It shall be grounds for revocation of the license for the licensee to remove his or her place of business from the place designated in such license before a written permit for such a move has been received from the city and the new address has been endorsed upon the license. All licenses required in this chapter shall be altered to contain the new address.
