Every holder of a junk dealer’s license issued under this chapter shall at all times keep such license posted in a conspicuous place on the premises described in the application for the license. It shall be grounds for revocation for any licensee to post his or her license or permit the same to be posted on any premises other than those set forth in his or her application, or knowingly to destroy or deface such license.
