Every person to whom a juke box license is granted shall pay an annual fee therefor of twelve dollars ($12.00). All such licenses shall expire at 12:00 midnight on December 31 of each year. When such a license is taken out or issued after June 30 of any year, the fee shall be one-half of the sum. All money received by way of license fees shall be paid into the general fund.
