§ 834.10 REVOCATION OR NONISSUANCE OF LICENSE.

(a) The Director of Finance shall revoke any home sale license issued pursuant to this chapter upon determining that the licensee has falsified an application for a home sale license or has otherwise knowingly violated any of the provisions of § 834.06 or § 834.07.

(b) The Director may revoke any home sale license upon determining that the licensee has violated any of the provisions of this chapter.

(c) The Director may refuse to issue a permit to any person who has previously violated any of the provisions of this chapter.
