§ 830.08 EXCEPTIONS.

This chapter shall not apply to auction sales where a license is obtained from the city under other provisions of these Codified Ordinances. In all other respects, this chapter shall be applicable to any and all sales regulated in this chapter, regardless of the nature of the goods, wares and merchandise sold.
