(a) The fees for a license for a circus or menagerie shall be as follows:
(1) For each circus, one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day;
(2) For each menagerie, fifty dollars ($50.00) per day;
(3) For each circus and menagerie combined, one hundred twenty dollars ($120.00) per day; and
(4) For each street procession or parade connected with a circus, menagerie, exhibition or planned exhibit within the city, twenty-five dollars ($25.00).

(b) The office of the Mayor has the ability to waive circus license fees when promoted by a civic or charitable organization.
