(a) No person shall perform or engage another to perform, publicly or in a commercial establishment, by disrobing while dancing, by dancing in a sexually suggestive manner or by allowing members of the audience to touch the genital area of a dancer.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be subject to the penalty provided in § 698.02.
