§ 660.15 POSTING NOTICES ON PUBLIC PROPERTY.
   (a)   No person shall post or affix any notice, poster or other paper or device, calculated to attract the attention of the public, to any lamp post, public utility pole or shade tree, or upon any public structure or building, except as may be authorized or required by law.

   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be subject and be subject to a fine not exceeding fifty dollars ($50.00) to an amount not exceeding two hundred dollars ($200.00).
