§ 660.135 SMOKING WITHIN 25 FEET OF ANY ENTRANCE TO A NON-SMOKING FACILITY.

(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to smoke tobacco products within 25 feet of any entrance to any facility or building that has a no smoking policy within the facility or building.

(b) Whoever violates the smoking prohibition in division (a) shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and be subject to a fine of up to one hundred dollars ($100.00).
