(a) No person shall operate a train in the city at a speed in excess of 40 miles per hour.
(b) Any person operating a train in the city shall sound the train’s whistle at a distance of 300 yards approaching a street crossing.
(c) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in § 698.02.
