(a) No person shall loiter on or about the streets, sidewalks or public places of the city or on or about private property without the owner’s consent. Failure to leave such street, sidewalk or public or private property after request by a police officer or the property owner shall be deemed a violation of this section.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in § 698.02.
