(a) The Mayor is hereby authorized to provide animal control services to the Village of Coal Grove.
(b) The Village of Coal Grove shall pay for these services at a rate of twelve dollars ($12.00) per hour, with a minimum of two hours for each individual callout of the animal control officer.
(c) The City of Ironton animal control officer shall respond to Ironton incidents primarily and Coal Grove incidents secondarily.
