§ 474.13 REMOVAL OF SERIAL NUMBER PROHIBITED.
   (a)   No person shall willfully or maliciously remove, destroy, mutilate or alter the number of any bicycle.
   (b)   Punishment shall be as provided in §§ 408.01 and 408.02.
