§ 454.07 FREE PARKING.

(a) Disabled veterans. Disabled war veterans who have been issued state “DV” automobile license tags shall be granted free parking in the city at any publicly owned parking space.

(b) POWs. Former prisoner of war veterans who have been issued state “POW” automobile license tags shall be granted free parking in the city at any publicly owned parking space.
