§ 454.06 PARKING METER COIN COLLECTION.

The Mayor shall designate members of the Police Department, or other persons, to collect the coins deposited in parking meters. In collecting coins, the persons designated shall remove and deliver the same to the Director of Finance. The Director shall deposit the coins to the credit of the general fund.
