§ 432.42 DRIVING ON FLOODWALL.
   (a)   No person shall operate a vehicle on any floodwall or levee.
(Ord. 79-10, passed 3-8-1979)
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. Punishment shall be as provided in § 408.01.
