Stop signs shall be erected at the following locations in the city:
(a) Intersection of South Fourth Street and Heplar Street, requiring traffic to stop as it approaches the intersection from all three directions.

(b) Intersection of South Ninth Street and Pleasant Street, requiring traffic to stop as it approaches the intersection from all four directions.
