§ 412.08 ONE-WAY STREETS.

   One-way streets are established in the city as follows:

   (a)   Traffic on Pine Street shall operate only in an easterly direction from South Tenth Street to South Eleventh Street.

   (b)   Traffic on South Eleventh Street shall operate only in a southerly direction from Pine Street to Maple Avenue.
