The Ohio Department of Transportation shall designate a U.S. 52 Business Loop through the city that would incorporate the following route:
(a) From the east, exit at State Route 342; south to South Third Street, turn right and travel west on South Third Street through the city to Park Avenue; turn left and go to South Second Street; turn right onto South Second Street and follow North Second Street through town into Hanging Rock to State Route 650; turn right and go north to U.S. 52.
(b) From the west, exit at State Route 650; south to North Second Street, turn left and travel east on North Second Street to Park Avenue; turn left and go to South Third Street; turn right and follow South Third Street through the city to Marion Pike (State Route 243); turn left and go north to U.S. 52.
