(a) The honorary title and position of Iron Master is hereby established.
(b) Any member of Council or any individual previously recognized as an Iron Master may submit a nomination for the honorary degree and title of Iron Master. However, each Iron Master shall be limited to one nomination per year. The nominating person shall submit the name of the nominee to the Chairperson of Council, who shall then submit the nomination to the members of Council. The nomination shall be considered in executive session and the degree and title shall be conferred by a majority vote of Council. There shall be no public discussion on the motion to confer.
