All city administered civil service tests shall be made available for viewing by the individual taking such test, in order that he or she might examine his or her answers and the grades allotted thereto. The review of the aforementioned graded tests shall be permitted within a reasonable period of time after the conclusion and grading of civil service tests and in order to allow the Ironton Civil Service Commission adequate time to study and record test scores for purposes of recommendations for appointments or promotions.
