§ 234.04 FORMAL PURCHASING POLICY.

(a) The formal purchasing policy, as adopted in Resolution 95-47, passed July 27, 1995, is adopted by reference and incorporated as part of this Code as fully set out at length herein.

(b) Any and all changes or adaptations of this policy must be approved by the City Council.
