(a) A meeting of any standing committee shall be called upon the written request of the Chairperson of that committee or any two members of the committee.
(b) Each member of Council shall be given either a verbal or written notice of any meeting of a standing committee of Council at least 24 hours prior to such meeting.
(c) The Chairperson of each standing committee shall be obliged to give the notice referred to in division (a), or in the alternative, direct the Clerk to do so.
