It shall be an unfair or discriminatory practice for:
A. Any person to intentionally aid, abet, compel or coerce another person to engage in any of the practices declared unfair or discriminatory by this title.
B. Any person to discriminate against another person because such person has either lawfully opposed any discriminatory practice forbidden by this title, obeyed the provisions of this title, or has filed a complaint, testified, or assisted in any proceeding under this title. C. Any person to coerce, intimidate, threaten, or interfere with any person in the exercise or enjoyment of, or on account of his or her having exercised or enjoyed, or having aided or encouraged any other person in the exercise or enjoyment of, any right granted or protected by this title.
