13-4-1: APPLICATION OF PROVISIONS:
Persons operating noncommercial aircraft on the airport and intending to fuel their own aircraft must do so in accordance with the requirements of the safe fueling standards of this title. (1978 Code §4-90; amd. 1994 Code)
