The privilege of using the airport and its facilities and of landing upon and departing from the same shall be, at all times, conditioned upon the assumption by the user of full responsibility and risk thereof. The user, including visitors to airport property, operators and their passengers, lessors and the employees and agents of each of them, shall release, hold harmless and indemnify the city, the airport commission and the airport manager from any and all responsibility for loss or damage, including attorney fees, to persons or property arising from the use of any portion or facility of the airport.
