13-3-11: BUILDING CONSTRUCTION:

Any person who desires to construct a building on the airport shall be required to submit plans and specifications for the same to the airport commission. Commercial buildings shall satisfy all city and state building and fire codes and conform, in general, as to size and shape to existing airport buildings. (1978 Code §4-54)
