The fixed base operator (FBO) shall provide personnel to monitor and operate unicom radio equipment at the airport during all hours of normal operation according to standards established by the airport commission. Hours of normal operation shall be approved by the airport commission. Should there be more than one FBO located at the airport, the operation of the unicom radio shall be on a rotating schedule, agreed upon by the FBOs and approved by the airport commission. If no agreement is made between the FBOs, the airport commission shall establish a rotation schedule. (1978 Code §4-40; amd. 1994 Code)
