13-3-2: STUDENT PILOTS:

All persons instructing student pilots shall fully acquaint the students with the rules and regulations in effect at the airport, including the air regulations of the federal aviation administration of the department of transportation. The instructor shall be responsible for the conduct of the students during instruction. (1978 Code §4-35)
