12-2-16: ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND/OR CONSERVATION PROGRAMS:

The company shall, at all times during which this franchise is in effect, maintain, administer and operate such energy efficiency and/or conservation programs within the city, as may be approved by the Iowa utilities board. (Ord. 07-4293, 11-27-2007)
