The said company, its successors and assigns, as long as it shall operate under the terms of this franchise, shall furnish electric energy in sufficient quantities to supply the reasonable demands of said city and the inhabitants thereof in accordance with the company's rules, regulations and conditions of service as approved by the Iowa utilities board.
