9-2-3: OBEDIENCE REQUIRED:
It shall be unlawful for the driver of any vehicle to disobey the instructions of any official traffic sign or signal placed in accordance with the provisions of this title unless otherwise directed by a peace officer. (1978 Code §23-29)
