14-6-18: CONFLICTING REGULATIONS:
In the event of any conflict between regulations contained in this chapter and any other regulations applicable to the same area, whether the conflict be with respect to height of structures or trees, use of structures or land, or any other matter, the more stringent limitation or requirement shall prevail. (Ord. 02-4055, 12-10-2002)
