14-6-17: PENALTIES:

Each violation of this chapter shall constitute a simple misdemeanor or a municipal infraction as provided for in Title 1, Chapter 4 of this Code. Each day a violation occurs or continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 02-4055, 12-10-2002; amd. Ord. 19-4810, 11-4-2019)
