Pursuant to the provisions of section 329.9 of the Iowa Code, there shall be an Iowa City municipal airport zoning commission, consisting of five (5) members, two (2) of whom shall be appointed by the city of Iowa City, two (2) of whom shall be appointed by the board of supervisors of Johnson County, and one additional member who shall be selected by a majority vote of the city and county appointed members, and who shall serve as chairperson of said commission.
