6-2-2: NOTIFICATION OF APPROPRIATE DEPARTMENTS:
The first city officer or employee who arrives at the scene of an incident involving hazardous substances, if not a peace officer, shall notify the police department which shall notify the appropriate state department which requires notification as provided by state law. (1978 Code §24-162; amd. 1994 Code)
