4-5-6: SALES TO INTOXICATED PERSONS:

A person shall not sell, dispense, or give to an intoxicated person, or one simulating intoxication, any alcoholic liquor, wine, or beer. A person who violates this provision shall be guilty of a simple misdemeanor. (Ord. 01-3968, 6-12-2001, eff. 8-1-2001)
