4-5-2: ADVERTISEMENTS FOR ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR, WINE OR BEER:
No signs or other matter advertising any brand of alcoholic beverages shall be erected or placed upon the outside of any premises occupied by a licensee or permittee under this title authorized to sell alcoholic beverages at retail. This section shall not prohibit use of signs inside a fence or similar enclosure around the licensed premises. All such signs formerly erected shall be removed by the owner thereof by July 1, 1974.
