A. No person or club holding a liquor license, retail wine or beer permit under this title, nor the holder's agents or employees, shall do any of the acts enumerated in this chapter.
B. This chapter shall incorporate by reference the definitions, restrictions, requirements and limitations contained in chapter 123, code of Iowa, as amended. Referenced chapters of the code of Iowa, as amended, are hereby made a part of this chapter as if set forth herein. (1978 Code §5-2; amd. 1994 Code)
