A. All residents within the village shall comply with all applicable provisions of the franchise agreement, and any extensions or amendments thereto. Said franchise agreement, as well as any extensions and amendments thereto, are on file with the village clerk and are hereby made part of this chapter.
B. To the extent that said franchise agreement is inconsistent with this chapter, the franchise agreement shall govern. The occupants of each dwelling unit within the village shall be required to keep in force and effect and utilize refuse service and recycling service from the franchisee during the term of the franchise agreement.
C. No burning or accumulation of garbage on public or private property within the village shall be permitted. (Ord. 06-829, 7-11-2006, eff. 10-1-2006)
