The exclusive residential solid waste services franchise agreement (the "franchise agreement") between the village of Inverness, Cook County, Illinois, and Groot Recycling and Waste Services, Inc. ("the franchisee") which is or shall become effective on October 1, 2006, be and the same is hereby approved and the village president and village clerk are hereby authorized to execute the same in their respective official capacities in two (2) duplicate originals. Such franchise agreement shall include amendments as may be approved in writing from time to time by the parties thereto. (Ord. 06-829, 7-11-2006, eff. 10-1-2006)
