Parking of vehicles is prohibited on the following roads and streets within the corporate limits of the village at the times specified; provided, however, that this section shall not be applicable to police vehicles:
A. At all times on both sides of Dundee Road (Route 68) at its intersection with Ela Road, for a distance of two hundred fifty feet (250') west from the eastbound stop bar; and for a distance of two hundred fifty feet (250') east from the westbound stop bar.
B. At all times on both sides of Ela Road at its intersection with Dundee Road (Route 68) for a distance of two hundred fifty feet (250') south from the northbound stop bar; and for a distance of two hundred fifty feet (250') north from the southbound stop bar.
C. On Sundays, on the west side of Haman Road between Ardmore Avenue and Palatine Road.
D. On Sundays, from seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. until twelve o'clock (12:00) noon, on the east side of Haman Road between Ardmore Avenue and Palatine Road. (Ord. 89-346, 3-14-1989)
E. At all times on both sides of Highland Road.
F. At all times on both sides of Thomas Atkinson Road between Highland Road and Dewey Road.
G. At all times on both sides of Cumnock Road.
H. At all times on both sides of Jules Road and Willow Road. (Ord. 90-384, 4-10-1990)
I. At all times on both sides of Ela Road from Freeman Road south to the corporate limits of the village, which are one thousand feet (1,000') south of Bonny Glen Gates. (Ord. 92-473, 12-8-1992)
J. Parking of vehicles with expired registration prohibited. No person may stop, park, or leave standing upon a public street, highway, or roadway a vehicle upon which is displayed an Illinois registration plate or plates or registration sticker after the termination of the registration period for which the registration plate or plates or registration sticker was issued or after the expiration date set under section 3-141 or 3-414.1 of the Illinois vehicle code. Any person violating this subsection shall be fined twenty five dollars ($25.00) for each offense. Each day on which a violation occurs or continues shall be considered a separate offense.
