3-2-6: LOCATION IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS PROHIBITED:

No such place of amusement shall be located either temporarily or permanently in any residential zoning district as defined by the village zoning ordinance (title 5 of this code) and map which is a part thereof. (Ord. 86-293, 12-9-1986)
