Every person convicted of violating any provision of section 11-1-1 of this chapter (the Illinois vehicle code as incorporated by reference into this code by the foregoing section) shall be punishable by one or more of the following dispositions as are authorized for such offense by reference to the Illinois vehicle code and as may be determined by the court:
A. Such maximum fine as authorized by reference to the Illinois vehicle code;
B. A term of incarceration, either periodic or continuous, in a penal institution other than the penitentiary for a period not to exceed three hundred sixty four (364) days as authorized by reference to the Illinois vehicle code;
C. A term of supervision or conditional discharge as authorized by reference to the Illinois vehicle code and the Illinois unified code of corrections. (Ord. 88-331, 6-14-1988)
