10-11-6: COMPENSATION OF MEMBERS OF BOARD; EMPLOYMENT OF PENSIONERS:

Members of the board shall not receive or have any right to receive any salary from the pension fund for services performed as a member of the board. No person drawing a pension under this chapter shall be employed by the board in any capacity. (Ord. 2008-861, 2-12-2008)
