A. At the regular July meeting, the board shall elect from its members a president, vice president, secretary and assistant secretary to serve for a term of one year and until his/her respective successor is elected and qualified.
B. The vice president of the board shall perform the duties of the president during any vacancy in that office or during such time as the president is absent from the village or for any other reason is disqualified or by reason of illness or other causes is unable to perform his duties.
C. The assistant secretary shall act for the secretary whenever necessary to discharge the functions of that office.
D. A majority of the board constitutes a quorum for the conduct of all business. (Ord. 2008-861, 2-12-2008)
