A. Appointed Trustees: Two (2) members of the board shall be appointed by the village president. The two (2) appointed trustees shall serve for the term provided by law and until their successors are duly appointed and qualified.
B. Elected Trustees: Two (2) members of the board shall be elected from active participants in the pension fund by such active participants. One member shall be elected by and from beneficiaries of the pension fund. Elected members of the board shall be selected in the manner provided by law and shall serve until their successors have been duly elected and qualified. (Ord. 2008-861, 2-12-2008)
