10-11-2: MEMBERSHIP IN POLICE PENSION FUND:

As required by law, any person appointed as a police officer in and for the village after the effective date hereof shall make application to participate in the police pension fund within three (3) months after such appointment. (Ord. 2008-861, 2-12-2008)
