A. Number of Dogs Kept: No person shall keep or maintain more than three (3) dogs of more than four (4) months in age on the premises owned by such person.
B. Breeding: It is unlawful within the corporate limits of the Village to conduct a breeding operation for the purpose of raising dogs for sale. (1983 Code)
