10-10-6: DOGS RUNNING AT LARGE; LEASH REQUIRED:

It shall be unlawful to permit any dog to run at large, which is hereby defined as being off the property of the owner or keeper of the dog, unless such dog is secured on a leash. Any dog running at large shall be impounded as hereafter provided in this Chapter. (Ord. 92-465, 10-13-92)
